Arcusstone

Company Royal Foam makes any goods from polyfoam. Royal Foam can cover almost any subjects from polyfoam with special protective layer ArcusStone that allows a product to look just as marble and to be same as marble to the touch. At all these qualities the product is much easier and cheaper than products from marble.

Arcusstone is a limestone based product applied like stucco but with the color and texture of cut stone. Depending on the application technique, it can be ground and polished to look like marble, or left unpolished for quarried stone texture. It is available in a variety of colors. It can be cast for architectural features like quoins or fireplace mantels, or field applied and cut to look like limestone

We are very experienced in the application of ArcusStone and ArcusPlaster. ArcusStone is a patented limestone coating, developed in Europe in the 1960s. Originally conceived for the restoration of historic stone structures, today`s ArcusStone is a fully integrated and color coordinated system of natural limestone products.

The range of aesthetic objectives that can be realized with ArcusStone products is virtually limitless — from elegant and authentic, to modern and organic.

Field-applied ArcusStonecoat and ArcusPlaster offer a complete system of authentic cut-stone and plaster finishes, and onsite custom stone carving. Both products can be applied by hand to virtually any stable substrate, and allow infinite design flexibility with a variety of natural colors, textures, and patinas. In addition to being field-applied, the ArcusStonecoat mix can be utilized in the production of complementary products.

The use of ArcusStonecoat for cast stone, coated foam, tile and mosaics provides the perfect solution for achieving cost-effective, coordinated custom designs. The high performance qualities of ArcusStonecoat and ArcusPlaster make each more than suitable for interior or exterior applications — boasting compressive, flexural and tensile strengths that are unmatched in the category. Add to that a wide palette of colors, textures and finishes, and it’s easy to see why both products are being specified for more projects than ever before.

Our ArcusStonecoat mix alone, with its proprietary formula of crushed limestone and Portland cement, has become the leading choice for achieving the look and feel of cut stone — without the associated costs and complications.

Even better, the versatility of ArcusStonecoat is continually enhanced by the creations of others who cast or form ArcusStonecoat into columns, banisters and a myriad of other architectural forms and details — at a fraction of the weight of solid stone.

Many new enterprises – most of them launched by stone artisans we trained – are adding to the world of creative uses for ArcusStone products almost daily. Their products, along with the exclusive field application of ArcusStone products by specially trained applicators, further the notion that our products let you put limestone anywhere.
