Green Wall Panel

WHAT IS Green Wall Panels ?

Green Wall meaning steal and simply we embedded cold formed steel in EPs with a complete thermal break in every panel. Fortification, or assembling the components of the house (walls, floors, roofs) in a controlled manufacturing environment, is increasingly being used in home building today. Steel framing is particularly suited for fortification because it is precision manufactured to meet exacting tolerances, and its light weight allows for easier handling of assembled components. EPS insulation is known for its light weight and insulation properties.Panels are typically shipped unsheathed which, when combined with the light weight of cold-formed steel, allows Green Wall fabricators to service a large distribution area. The capability of delivering product to a large market allows fabricators to recognize economies of scale that keep Green Wall form costs in check.

WHAT IS Green Wall Panels ?

Green Wall Panel royal foam EPS stands for Expanded Polystyrene. A type of insulation that is expanded to produce coarse, closed cells containing air. The rigid cellular structure provides high thermal and acoustical insulation, strength with low weight, and coverage with few heat loss paths. Measure for thermal penetration, is the r-value. Because of its high thermal insulation, Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is often used as an insulation in Finishing system called EiFs. (EiFs) stands for Exterior insulation and Finish systems. EPS foam products used for insulation are lightweight, versatile, sanitary, energy efficient, and most of all cost effective.

COLD-FORMED STEELWHAT IS COLD-FORMED STEEL FORMING?

Cold-Formed steel framing is sheet steel that is formed into shapes and sizes that are similar to what builders are accustomed to seeing in dimensional lumber (2×4, 2×6, 2×8, 2×10, 2×12, and so forth). Steel framing members are formed in a process called roll forming by passing sheet steel through a series of rollers to form the bends that make the shape, e.g. the web, flanges, and lips of a stud or c-shape. Because this process is done without heat (also called “cold forming”) the studs and joists are made stronger than the original sheet steel.

Accelerated Building technologies provides steel and EPs (expanded polystyrene) structurally Fortified insulated forms that consolidate framing and insulation to provide a highly energy efficient and thermally superior building envelope. The Green Wall form provides the speed, efficiency and economics of fortified wall framing with the thermal and energy efficiency along with the strength, ductility and holding power of structural cold-formed steel (cFs) framing, makes Green Wall form the ideal material for construction. Technologies that we are choosing to address not only short but long term issues like moisture, mold, and durability.

EPS(expanded polystyrene) sheets are a well-liked insulation solution in modern construction also known as EiFs system. high insulation value (value) of EPs panels, along with it cost efficiency, make it the ideal material for insulation. Green Wall forming can provide the framework for a solid sustainable building program.

Each piece of Green Wall form shipped to the jobsite contains a recycled content and is 100% recyclable at the end of its lifespan. Recent study, conducted by the nahB research Center, showed that the zinc coating on steel framing materials can protect against corrosion for hundreds of years, along with termite infestation probability of EPSwith accordance of section r2603. 4 of the iBc (international Building code). Makes the Fortisteel forming one of the most durable and abiding material on the market.

For these, and many other reasons, the Green Wall framing is also known as green Building Product. The use of Green Wall continues to grow every year.

WHAT DOES GREEN BUILDING MEAN?

GREEN BUILDING INSTALLING PROCESS Homebuilders and homebuyers across the country are increasingly interested in green building, but what exactly makes a home green? green building means improving the way that homes and homebuilding sites use energy water and materials to reduce impacts on human health and the environment. To build a green home means making environmentally-preferable and sustainable decisions throughout the building process-decisions that will minimize the environmental impact of the home while it is being built and over the many years it will be lived in.

WHAT SHOULD HOMEBUILDERS AND HOMEBUYERS LOOK FOR FIRST IN A GREEN HOME?

Energy efficiency is the place to start. That’s because the energy used in homes often comes from the burning of fossil fuels at power plants, which contributes to smog, acid rain, and risks of global climate change. So, the less energy used, the less air pollution generated.

An Efficient home Envelope, with effective levels of wall, floor, and attic insulation properly installed, comprehensive air barrier details, and high-performance windows.

DID YOU KNOW THAT A TYPICAL HOME CAN CAUSE TWICE THE GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSION OF THE TYPICAL CAR?

Did you know each Green Wall home can keep 4500 lbs of greenhouse gases out of our air each year. And because homes have such long life-spans, this environmental benefit lasts for many, many years.

«True» green homes — which the report defined as containing a specific green building element in at least three of five categories (energy efficiency, indoor air quality, water efficiency, resource efficiency and site management)

HANDLING AND STORAGE

The lengths are easy to handle and nonirritant, no special protective clothing is required when installing them. Green Wall Panels are supplied in polythene packs, labelled with identifying product and manufacturing data.

Ensure they are not stored close to open flame or other ignition source, also avoid volatile compounds and chemicals such as solvents. Polyfoam products should not be left exposed to prolonged sunlight as this will result in surface degradation. Where outside storage for extended periods is required cover with opaque/light coloured sheeting.

Consider Green Wall Panels an important resource wherever performance-driven structural components, speed and ease of construction, superior insulation, fire resistance, high acoustical values, air barrier or moisture resistance are important. Regardless of project type — residential, commercial, light industrial or public works – Green Wall Panels may be used as structural exterior walls, roofs or floors in low-rise residential or commercial structures, up to four stories. They may also be used as exterior cladding for high-rise buildings.

The panels can be adapted to construct most floor plans and designs. More specific applications include:

  • Superior acoustics – Noise control in high-density housing, nursing home facilities, attorney or medical offices.

  • Reduced sound transmission between suites and fire-rated corridors in hospitality industry.

  • Structures encumbered by increased traffic/street/airport noise.

  • Machine shops or animal kennels where sound mitigation is important for the benefit of surrounding community.

  • Home theaters and recording studios.

  • Floors. Where reduced sound control between floors is needed – such as multi-family or commercial project dictates.

  • Energy efficient roofs.

  • Demising walls that require high thermal and acoustic properties

  • Sound dampening along highways.

  • Shopping centers.

  • Educational and Religious facilities.

  • Military – Federal government has utilized panels for military housing.

  • High humidity conditions where stick framing typically rots and/or is subject to termite infestations.

Over 60,000 projects – residential, commercial, public and private, – have been constructed using this proprietary technology. The panels’ track record as a water, moisture and air barrier with exceptional thermal efficiency and resistance to natural disasters, such as fire and hurricanes, have stood the test of time. In fact, they are a key building component in hurricane and seismic-prone regions.
